Serendipity has been a proud part of Greendale Village for five years, and we love welcoming new talented artisans to join us on this exciting adventure.

In-store vendor terms:

• $150 per month

• 10% of sales go to Serendipity

• 3 month, 6 month or 12 month leasing options. Payments are made in 3 month increments

• Vendors are paid every two weeks

• One business per space
