Bill Kempka and Ted Richards

 

Bill has been working with glass for over 40 years. Starting out with acid etching. Stained glass seemed like a great next step. Projects include simple sun catchers to custom cabinet doors and windows. In the mid 90’s a kiln was added to make bowls and other formed art using new as well as repurposed glass.

 

Ted’s first love and family interest is woodworking. He belongs to a co-op where he does some of his projects. A lot of his work is accomplished at home. He makes custom tables, amazing trees, and live edge shelves.

 

In 2020 because of COVID and being bored sitting around the house, they decided to try something new and added the twisted wire art, including the trees on display.

 

Custom orders are their specialty. A work of art you had a hand in designing will bring a smile every time you see it.
